The Kent Coast Big Walk & Wheel is back for its third year!

From 25 July to 31 August 2026, join the challenge through the free WeRoam app and help celebrate the King Charles III England Coast Path.

Every walking and wheeling activity logged contributes towards a collective goal, helping to cover the length of the coast path in Kent throughout the summer.

You do not need to be on the coast path to take part. Any walking or wheeling activity completed during the challenge contributes towards the collective total and helps move the challenge forward.

About

The Kent Coast Big Walk & Wheel is a free six-week walking and wheeling challenge that encourages more people to get active outdoors and discover the King Charles III England Coast Path.

The King Charles III England Coast Path travels around Kent’s coastline, connecting seaside towns, nature reserves, historic landmarks and outdoor spaces right across the county.

Activities logged through the WeRoam app are added to a shared total, allowing everyone to work together towards the challenge goal.

The challenge is open to anyone aged 18 or over. Whether you walk, wheel, use a mobility scooter, powerchair or walking aid, every walking and wheeling activity contributes towards the collective effort.
