Terms and Conditions
Explore Kent Terms and Conditions:
- The Kent Coast Big Walk & Wheel runs from 25 July 2026 to 31 August 2026.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
- Entry is free through the WeRoam app.
- The challenge is open to walking and wheeling activities only. Cycling activities are not eligible.
- Participants must use only one WeRoam account. Multiple accounts are not permitted and may result in disqualification from the challenge and prize draws.
- To be entered into a prize draw, participants must log at least one eligible activity during the relevant prize draw period.
- Participants who log activities throughout all three prize draw periods will be entered into all three prize draws.
- Prize winners will be contacted using the details associated with their WeRoam account.
- Winners must accept their prize within 10 working days of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner may be selected.
- All prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available unless otherwise stated by the prize provider.
- Kent County Council reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
- By entering the challenge, winners agree to their first name and town being used in challenge publicity unless otherwise agreed.
- Kent County Council reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Shepherd Neame:
- The prize consists of one night’s accommodation with breakfast for two people.
- The stay may be redeemed at one of the following participating hotels:
- Botany Bay Hotel, Broadstairs
- Royal Albion Hotel, Broadstairs
- Royal Hotel, Deal
- Duke of Cumberland, Whitstable
- Marine Hotel, Whitstable
- The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified.
- Booking is subject to availability.
- Excluded dates may apply.
- Entrants and guests must be aged 18 or over.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
- The winner is responsible for any additional expenses incurred during their stay.
Boots on Adventures £50 Voucher
- The prize consists of one £50 Boots on Adventures voucher.
- The voucher can be used towards eligible Boots on Adventures guided walks and experiences.
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- Any additional costs above the value of the voucher must be paid by the winner.
- The winner must comply with Boots on Adventures’ booking terms and conditions.
- No cash alternative is available.
- The prize is non-transferable.

- Three Quiz Trails of your choice

- Winners may select three Quiz Trails from the range available at Quiz Trails.
- The challenge organiser will contact the winner to arrange delivery.
- Winners must provide a valid postal address for the prize to be sent.
