Take Part in Our Summer Walking Challenge
It’s finally here again… the wonderful summer holidays! Six weeks of fun exploring, walking, cycling and so much more! We know that finding things to do to fill the whole six weeks can be tricky and expensive, so Explore Kent have taken our popular Junior Walking Challenge and given it a new look for the summer.
The Summer Walking Challenge will run through the whole summer holiday (22nd July – 31st August) and will encourage you to explore the different, beautiful landscapes of Kent. Over the 6 week holiday, challenge yourself to take part in 6 different themed walks around Kent! Discover some new areas of Kent and maybe even find one of your new favourite places to explore.
We challenge you to complete six walks over the six week, one in each of these areas:
Complete the 6 themed walks over the next 6 weeks and be rewarded with a certificate specific to the environmental walks you managed to complete. All you have to do is to email your evidence to explorekent@kent.gov.uk
