Lordswood Play park offers a small collection of play equipment. You will find a junior multi play, climbing frame, see saw and some swings. You will also find some picnic benches inside the play park.

Behind the play park out of view, you will find three football fields. The goal posts are taken down, making this an ideal place to walk and exercise your four legged friend. Walking the outside of the field three times will achieve over 1 mile, or you can follow a Medway Park mile route, ideal for a spare 20-minutes.

For those that are more adventurous, you can go for a walk through Hook Woods. The area has been marked as a local wildlife site. There are footpaths that go through the woods and in the summer you will see an abundance of Bluebells in bloom.

Lordswood Leisure centre offer further activities for all the family with a sloped access onto Lordswood play fields.

You can also explore the surrounding area of Lordswood with a local walking group. For more information about any local groups, you can visit the Medway Health Walks website.

Accessibility information:

The Play park is access via a tarmac footpath. Access to the Green fields adjacent to the play park will be restrited by the barrier to the Byway. Lordswood leisure centre car park offers an entrance to the green space via a pedestrian access, but there is no dedicated dropped kerb.
