Travel back to an age before motorised transport as you follow in the tracks of our ancestors on these routes in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty between the North and South Downs.

The area near East Grinstead is well known for its archaeology and the Iron Age hill fort at Dry Hill Camp is an important historical feature. The 24 acre site dates back to about the first century BC.

Patches of ancient broadleaf woodland are located along the bridleways and offer diverse habitats for plants and animals.
