Public Rights of Way Improvements – Step Free Reculver King Charles III England Coast Path Route

This section of the King Charles III England Coast Path route now includes a ramp off the coast path to bypass a section of steps, then follows the Oyster Bay cycle route before rejoining the coast path at Ocean View Car Park. The public rights of way team have installed a new ramp here, adjusting the gradient to make it accessible. From speaking to members of the public, this ramp has significantly improved accessibility, allowing people in wheelchairs and people who have mobility issues to use this section of the coast path for the first time.
