Folkestone Festive Marketplace

After a great first year of Folkestone Festive Marketplace in 2021, they are returning with a bang for 2022. This year they are doubling the amount of Christmas classics on the Harbour Screen, more live entertainment, food and drink options with a pop-up ‘Food Village’ exclusive to their festive market. They are also doubling up on bespoke built market huts filled with delightful decorations and gifts from independent traders. Taking place every weekend from 19th November 11am – 6pm, plus two late night shopping experiences on the 24th November and the 15th December 5pm – 9pm.

Herne Bay Christmas Market

Come and meet a host of traders, local and guest producers. There truly is something for everyone, shoppers can pick up a diverse selection of authentic products, chat with the producers directly. Herne Bay Christmas Market begins on Sunday 11th December.

Christmas at Whitstable Castle

Join in for a 2 day traditional Christmas Fair 2nd – 4th December with stalls outside and inside the castle, selling Christmas gifts, holly wreaths etc plus Santa’s grotto! The Orangery Tearoom’s will be serving light lunches, mulled wine & mince pies etc all day too and the magical Santa’s Grotto will be open from 10am onwards (booking is essential).

Dover’s Winter Light Up

This year we are delighted to announce a two-day festive celebrating lighting up Dover, with a Fire Garden Garden taking place on Dover Roman Lawn. On Saturday 3rd December from 12pm Dover Market Square will host a range of stalls to get your Christmas gifts and enjoy entertainment, food, and drink. And at 6pm on Saturday, their Lantern Procession includes four new big builds lighting up Dover, starting from Dover College, heading through the high street, and finishing in Market Square.

Faversham Christmas Market

Christmas shopping can be such a chore – so why not turn it into a pleasurable experience by visiting Faversham Market’s Christmas Weekend? On Friday 9th December they are having their Faversham Charter Market, Saturday 10th is their Faversham Charter Market and special Christmas Best of Faversham Market and Sunday 11th December their Sunday Christmas Market. There will be a wide variety of stallholders for across all of their markets and other local market favourites too. Faversham is also home to wonderful independent shops, cafes and businesses to add to your Christmas shopping experience.

Gravesend Christmas Market

Discover Gravesend Borough Market for handmade Christmas gifts, sweets, twinkling lights, a festive atmosphere and fabulous gifts. You can also try one of their fabulous food providers for a tasty lunch or a takeaway for when you get home. Open Friday 18th November 4pm – 8pm, every Saturday from 26th November to 24th December 9am – 2pm and every Sunday from 27th November to 18th December 10am – 2pm.
