The garden is bordered on two sides by Georgian town houses, including Albion House the childhood holiday home of Queen Victoria. Following a Heritage Lottery Award, the garden and war memorial have been fully restored and the ornamental landscaping around the waterfall has been replanted. The garden is accessible via wide entrances on either side. Surfaced pathways run around the perimeter, and there are plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the colourful plant displays, as well as the views out to sea and across Ramsgate town.

Easy access information

This park and open space has well surfaced routes suitable for visitors with pushchairs and/or wheelchairs, and has no width restricting features, such as stiles or non RADAR kissing gates.
