Discover the joys of joining a walking group! These groups are friendly and welcoming, making it easy for new members to feel comfortable. Many people join on their own and quickly find friends and support among fellow walkers. Walking together on scenic paths and chatting along the way creates a sense of community. Some groups may have a small fee to help organize events and keep things running smoothly. Overall, walking groups offer a great mix of exercise, social time, and the chance to make new friends. Boots on Adventures

Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or a casual explorer, our guided walks are designed to be enjoyable, relaxing, and full of opportunities to connect with nature and fellow walkers.

With expert guides leading the way, you’ll discover hidden gems, breathtaking views, and peaceful trails you might have missed on your own.

More than just a walk, it’s a chance to unwind, connect with others, and explore hidden gems across the county. Many of our walks end at a local pub, and we help coordinate car-sharing and public transport for easy access.

Friendly dogs are welcome, so lace up your boots and discover Kent’s stunning landscapes with us!

Combining the health benefits and the social atmosphere we create is addictive. Many of our walkers join us for their own personal reasons but leave with even more reasons to return.

Be it the social friendly group, their improved mental and physical health, newfound friendships, or our inclusive policies, we know that once you join us for the first time you will already be booking the next one.

Medway Health Walks

Medway Health Walks and the newly named Ramblers Wellbeing Walks in Medway believe that walking is the key to a happier and healthier lifestyle. Almost everyone can do it, no matter your age, income, gender or ability. It is the easiest and most accessible form of physical activity that can become part of your everyday life.

Medway encourages everyone to try a group walk by joining our volunteer led walking groups. We have a number of walking options from 10 minutes up to 90 minutes. You only need a pair of shoes and a fitness level appropriate to the walk you are joining.

Each walk has a unique feel, whether it’s the distance, the terrain, the environment and we have developed a grading system to help you decide on the most appropriate walking group for you.
