The public rights of way team have resurfaced Public Footpath CH21, a popular route to Herne Bay Train Station, by laying new tarmac, eliminating cracks and trip hazards for improved safety, and installing a drain to divert rainwater into a nearby ditch, ensuring users can walk without getting their feet wet.
