The Three Themes of Year of Green Action
Our environment is essential to our economic, social and personal wellbeing. We depend upon it for clean water, fresh air and food, but contact with nature also supports our physical and mental health. Our landscapes, seascapes and wildlife are valued by residents, business and visitors alike, making a massive direct and indirect contribution to our economy. We need to look after our environment to protect our future.
