Become a Countryside Access Warden

People walking down hill

22nd February 2015

If you want to roll up your sleeves and help maintain Kent’s beautiful countryside, why not get out, make a difference and try your hand at volunteering non Kent’s great National Trail the North Downs Way?

Countryside Access Wardens

Become a Countryside Access Warden and you’ll soon be helping your local community, maintaining the Public Rights of Way in your area and enabling others to explore the North Downs Way. Whether it’s through snipping back vegetation, reporting back on problems or improving way-marking along the routes, your support can improve the Public Rights of Way for your local area. It doesn’t even matter if your knowledge of Public Rights of Way is lacking, you just need to be capable of light physical work and have a love of walking in the countryside. Simple.
