Volunteer with Westgate Parks

Westgate Parks

16th January 2017

Volunteering suits people in a variety of circumstances, whether you are looking to make new friends, to explore a career opportunity or to keep busy.  There is never a commitment to volunteering, you do what suits you and you never know where it could lead to.

Volunteer for Westgate Parks!

Looking to try something new this year, meet new people, develop skills or get involved with a local community project?  Why not volunteer for the Westgate Parks! We have lots of opportunities to take part in all kinds of tasks from conservation projects, assisting with school visits, events and even painting underpasses! Conveniently situated at the end of Canterbury’s bustling High Street, and within a 5 -10 minute walk from the Canterbury bus depot and East and West train stations the Westgate Parks are an easily accessible site. Whether you can spare an hour, a day or more everyone is welcomed by our small friendly team.

Volunteers are at the very heart of Westgate Parks project. Please watch our film to see why our volunteers recommend getting involved!
