Kent Adventure Coaching is a unique outdoor experience — a journey of personal discovery, providing you with a unique opportunity to take your mind and body off the beaten track — both physically and mentally.
Your host, experienced mindfulness coach (and Kent local) Martin Covill, will help you identify your most important values, connect them to your goals and turn it all into action, giving you the tools to take on whatever life serves up next. You will also connect with nature itself, as the Kent Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, will help inspire and relax you — and where Martin will be sharing a bit of his local knowledge and favourite hidden gems along the way.
