All experience levels welcome.

From healing herbs to edible flowers, summer fruits and wild spices – there’s a wealth of forgotten flavours to discover. You’ll practice safe, sustainable foraging and gain confidence identifying edible plants and ones to avoid.

Experience the UK’s diverse wild foods – spring sees garlicky favourites and fresh wild salads such as delicious sea beet. Summer is a parade of fruits: cherries, plums, apples and sloes are abundant in Kent, the garden of England. Autumn is excellent for local spices, the ‘cardamom’ seeds of Alexanders and bitter orange of wild carrot to name a couple.

Special events run throughout the year, or email for a private tour (minimum 6 guests) under 12s always go free!
