Visit the sunflower field at Court Farm in Upper Halling and rest and enjoy the “food to go” at the farm shop, the Butchery & Country Larder.   Shop opening hours can be found at www.courtfarm.org

The exhibition runs from August 18 to October 18, 2015.  Sunflowers are blooming until September.  They will be harvested in October as part of the farmer’s nomination for the Daily Telegraph’s HARVEST HEROES 2015.

Judging of the Halling Photography Competition on Court Farm’s Facebook page will take place during the British Food Fortnight from September 19 when entries must be have been posted.

You can see the sunflowers until mid-September when they will be left in the field to dry out for harvesting by combine in October.

Please note that sunflowers can be bought in our farm shop and there is strictly no picking of the flowers allowed at any point during the harvest season.

This is an important experimental crop for Court Farm and the sunflowers are there for harvesting in autumn, not picking by visitors to this unique outdoor exhibition which will run until the field is cleared.
