Free car parking in the lower car park at Kearsney Abbey. Meet outside the Kearsney Abbey cafe.

The walk involves some uphill sections and includes walking up and down the sides of Alkham Valley, through ancient woodland and a visit to the ruins of St Radigund’s Abbey. But who was St Radigund, and why was an abbey built here? (earlier start to ensure car parking available in the lower car park, as it can get busy)

Moderate pace. Two long and fairly steep inclines. An uneven path through woods

Maximum of 20 places
