White Cliffs Walking Festival – The White Cliffs Coastal Trail: Day 2 Dover to Deal
Meet at Dover Yacht Club on Dover sea front. A steep climb leads out of Dover. Cliff walk to St. Margaret’s Bay and the Dover Patrol Memorial, then on to Deal. Lunch at the Pines Garden Tea Room or bring your own. Regular return bus and train service available.
This walk is a part of a three day coastal trek taking in the highlights of this beautiful route. You can do as many stages as you wish. All those who complete all three stages will be awarded a certificate signed by the Mayor of Dover.
LOCATION: Dover, CT16 1LA
PACE: Undulating, with one flight of steep steps
DURATION: 6 hours
DISTANCE: 9.5 miles (15.2 km)
