WELLBEING WEDNESDAYS
Our midweek paddleboarding sessions are all about you and your wellbeing. Find out more about our SUP Yoga and SUP Meditation sessions here.
All sessions cost £25 per person, last one hour and have a maximum of 7 people. Each session includes the lesson, launch fee, comfortable and stable boards, buoyancy aid (but this can be restrictive). Come dressed in yoga leggings, a top, lightweight layers, a waterproof jacket if needed. It is best to be barefoot but you can wear old trainers or wetsuit boots.
