Wellbeing Walk at Manor Park

Organised by Medway Valley Countryside Partnerships. This is a delightful little park, with a variety of natural habitats, waterside paths, open grassland vistas and woodland. Enjoy seeing the wildlife in the park whilst taking a gentle stroll and chatting with like-minded people.

This is part of a series of free walks and events for the over 55s or people with long-term health conditions, funded by Involve Kent. Participants will be asked to complete a short, confidential health questionnaire for our funders.

The meeting point is near the cafe in the car park at Manor Park, where there is pay and display parking.

The path may be muddy in places, so wear sturdy footwear, clothing suitable for the weather and bring a waterproof jacket. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome.
