Walk & Talk Sessions
These new women only Walk & Talk sessions at Medway Park are designed to help people get the most out of walking for their physical and mental health.
They are also a great opportunity to meet new people.
Launches Monday, 15 May (excluding bank holidays) 10am-11am on the athletics track at Medway Park.
VENUE: Medway Park, Mill Rd, Gillingham, Kent, ME7 1HF
We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes and bring a drink and weather-proof coat.
The coach will meet you out on the track. The sessions can range from 30-60 minutes, and are to benefit your needs and your levels of fitness.
£3 per session (free for Senior Sport members). No booking required.
