Join the friendly group, The Tonbridge & Malling Ramblers, for a ramble in the beautiful Kent countryside.

The following Ramblers group walks are for all ages and abilities – all led by experienced walk leaders.  You’re welcome to join them on any of the walks to see if the Ramblers is for you. Then, once you’ve enjoyed the views, fun, exhilaration and good company, it’s just a case of becoming a member.  Make sure you have the right footwear and clothing for the walk you want to do, though.

Pilgrim’s Way from Snodland – Saturday 1 August – 8 miles – 10.45am Start – Leisurely walk, dogs welcome, lunch stop in Duke of Wellington, Ryarsh – From Snodland Station (ME6 5AR)

A Goudhurst Girdle – Sunday 2 August – 6.5 miles – 10am Start – Lovely views all the way round, mostly farm tracks and fields, but a little on roads, some stiles and hills, dogs under control through farms, shorter option available – From Goudhurst CP by pond (TN17 1AT)

The Mallings – Sunday 9 August – 6.5 miles – 10.30am Start – Easy paced walk, dogs on lead, nibble break in Manor Park – From Ditton Community Centre (ME20 6AH)

Wateringbury & Nettlestead Circular – Wednesday 12 August – 4.5 miles – 10.30am Start – A circular walk along the River Medway to Nettlestead, then along ridge to Wateringbury pond and back – From Wateringbury Station (ME18 5EA)

Two Rivers and a Solar Display – Sunday 16 August – 6.5 miles – 10.30am Start – Big sky country in the Medway plain including a stroll along the river – From Golden Green near The Bell Pub (TN11 0BB)

Westerham Crockham Hill Common – Sunday 23 August – 5 miles – 10am Start – Moderate climb soon after start, rewarded by good views – From Darenth CP on Brasted Road (TN16 1DA)

Around Capel – Sunday 30 August – 3.5 miles – 10.30am Start – Pleasant, varied walk with views across Medway valley, the church has wall paintings from around 1200 – From Capel Church CP (TN12 6SX)
