The March Beach Clean

RISE UP. CLEAN UP. MARGATE. was set up in the summer of 2020 as a response to the litter crisis affecting Margate’s beaches. They run regular beach cleans to help keep Margate beautiful!

Their next beach clean up is on Sunday 31st March at 4pm at Margate Main Sands (the blue & cream striped beach hut opposite Arlington House). They provide all litter picking equipment (pickers, bags & gloves). Under 18s are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
