Join our trained meditation practitioner, Guillaume Feldman, a specialist in Ecotherapy. He will lead the group meditation session, set in the stunning and shady grounds of Lullingstone Country Park. Relax and unwind and enjoy the calming meditation techniques he uses. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable to the weather. Please bring a yoga mat or a blanket. Parking charges apply.
