If you missed the previous Bioblitz events at the Aylesford Old Pit and Cobtree Manor Park but still wanted to give the session a try, your in luck! Staplehurst are now holding the next and exciting upcoming event.

This is a day of family-friendly wildlife surveys where we collectively try to identify as many different plants and animals as possible.

Drop by and take part in games and activities to identify what we’ve got. We’ll have plenty of resources to help you, including id guides, magnifying pots, sweep nets and lots of child-friendly activities.

By learning what is present on site, we hope you will be inspired to return, and we can use the data to inform how we look after the land.

Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing (sun hats and suncream may be necessary). Everything is free, kindly funded by Staplehurst Parish Council. There is no parking on site so this is a walk-to event.

There is no need to book tickets as it is a drop-in event – come along anytime between 10am and 3pm. If you do however want to confirm your place click the link below.
