Enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Samphire Hoe Nature Reserve at this summer evening run, open to all standards of runners.The course uses the concrete pathways and unmade tracks and is classed as multi-terrain.   Medals will be given to all finishers.

Venue: Samphire Hoe Shelter, CT17 9FL (off the A20 heading from Dover to Folkestone)
