ROCKPOOLING & FLINT FOSSIL FORAY AT ST. MARGARET’S BAY

The seashore is a difficult place to live!  Enjoy exploring the rock pools and discover how the crabs, little fish, prawns, sea anemones, and molluscs survive there.

We will also, search the pebbles to find trace fossils.

We’ll return all the animals gently back to their rock pools before we leave.

MEET: On promenade St. Margaret’s Bay car park (pay and display), St. Margaret’s, near Dover.

DISTANCE: 0.5 miles (1 – 1.5 hours).

GRADE: 5 (rocky, slippery shore).

Bring a net or container if you have one.

Please wear shoes or boots with good grip.
