North Downs Way – Oxted to Otford
- 22 Jun 2024
- 8.30am to 4.30pm
- £5
- Oxted
Starting from the station, we ascend to the North Downs ridge, where we leisurely stroll along its expanse. Once atop the North Downs, the terrain levels out, offering splendid panoramic views across the valley. Our path follows the Vanguard valley, passing by a golf course and captivating landscapes. Abundant in flora, the route is adorned with natural beauty. During our reconnaissance of the walk, we were fortunate to encounter a herd of wild Roe deer, so keep your eyes open.
The conclusion of our route awaits at Otford station. During the weekends we are leaving accommodation open for you to choose something that suits your budget or there are trains returning to Oxted from Otford. As you book onto this walk you will be giving the option to join our WhatsApp lift share group to allow us to lift share between stops.

Please let us know if you are running late or not attending otherwise the walk will leave on time. We will be stopping for a bring your own picnic lunch at around mid-day.
