Nordic Walking is a specific exercise technique and is not to be confused with trekking, hillwalking or rambling.
I’s easy on the knees and joints and great for those with back, neck and shoulder problems. It’s safe, sociable and suitable for all abilities but in order to gain maximum benefit it is essential to learn to correct technique.
Meet at the Visitor Centre at 10am for a free 45 minute taster session. Equipment will be provided but please wear trainers or walking boots.
