Mindful Hiking is a unique retreat, a mix of physical activity and mental activity, enabling you think creatively, break through self limiting beliefs and plan for future success. You will change the habit of being yourself and feel energised to achieve amazing new challenges.

Join Mindful Coaching for a new year mindful hike, a mix of physical activity in the form of walking and the mental activity of personal mindset coaching.
What do we cover?
You will walk – reset – relax – challenge yourself – visualise success – plan ahead.
All outside, in the elements, connecting with nature – this will feel like a breathe of fresh air.
The physical activity is suitable for people with a moderate fitness level and geared towards those who want some adventure out in the elements. We will cover around 5-7 miles and some steep hills.
The personal mindset coaching is suitable for people with an open mind and a desire to overcome limiting beliefs that have previously got in the way of change or success.
Our ‘What’s Your Why’ edition provides you with ringfenced time to think about your goals and aspirations for 2023.
Through guided journaling, we will take you on a journey that will connect you with your values, your personal motivations and the outcomes you wish to achieve this year. At the end of the session, you will feel energise and motivated, ready to get working on your personal plan.
Be prepared to dig deep into your mind, asking yourself some thought provoking questions, enabling you to lift those self limiting barriers to success.
The day ahead:
- Welcome and introduction takes place at The Neville Bull.
- Here you will learn about the day and meet your fellow adventurers.
- The experiences is a 4 hour hike, broken up with mindset activities.
- Throughout the event you will get active, mentally reflect and relax.
- You will be encouraged to lean into your fear, motivation and calm.
- You will get clear on your personal goals and visualise success.
- You will create your initial plan and next steps to achieve it.
Whilst the session is energetic, you will experience mindful activity, enjoy a meditation, experience guided journaling and much more.
The session includes a light lunch, a leather bound journal plus a follow-up complementary 1-2-1 personal coaching session with Martin.

Minimum 6 people per session. Maximim 8 people per session. Groups welcome.
