Join an easy walk (first Wednesday of the month) through High Meadow, and along the top of Whinless Down, to enjoy the stunning, long reaching views, and to observe wildlife as we go.

We start near the top of the hill so there is not ‘uphill’ to walk!  The routes include some rough ground.

LEADER: Melanie Wrigley, White Cliffs Countryside Partnership (01304 241806 or 07880 706990).

MEET: Inside reception (or outside if you’ve got your dog with you please) at The Ark, Noah’s Ark Road, Dover CT17 ODD. On Bus route 63 (Northbourne Avenue).

DISTANCE: 1 – 1.5 miles (1-1.5 hours for walk).

GRADE: 3, Typical country walk with some steeper hills, stiles and muddy paths.

Afterwards, stop for tea & cake at the Vine Tearoom (please bring money if you want to buy refreshments).

Dogs on leads for walk (sorry no dogs cannot go into The Ark).

Donation appreciated for the walk.
