High Meadow Health Walk
Head along for an easy walk to explore the community park at High Meadow and enjoy stunning views.
Suitable for all but especially for over 55’s who would like to get more active.
The starting point is near the top, so there will not be too much ‘uphill’ to walk!
Optional stop afterwards for a social tea or coffee (please bring money to pay for the refreshments) or bring your own bottle of water.

MEET: Inside The Ark, Noah’s Ark Road, Dover, CT17 0DD. On Bus Route 63 (Northbourne Avenue).
DISTANCE: 1- 1.5 miles (45 minutes).
The route includes some rough ground.
Dogs are allowed for the walk but not inside The Ark.
No charge for the walk.
