Learn how to breathe – properly – to help your mind and body relax in the calm,  sweet-scented surroundings of Castle Farm’s lavender fields. Release tension, quieten your mind and improve sleep, all through the power of your breath.

Our teacher, Jo Johnson, is a qualified Yoga and Breathwork teacher. She has practiced yoga for 30 years and is passionate about the benefits of Breathwork.
She has a gentle and all-inclusive approach way of teaching and we are delighted she is joining us again this summer.

For the 45 minute group session you will be sitting on chairs either under a gazebo or amongst the lavender rows (depending on the weather). Jo will explain the physiological principles of the practice and lead you through the simple exercises. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing so your breathing is not restricted and make sure you have a sun hat and sunscreen if necessary.

Arrive up to an hour before your class for access to the Lavender Walks Field with time to enjoy the views before your session.

**Please note, the field’s Market Stall (selling drinks and lavender products) will close at 6:15pm.Price includes access to the Lavender Walks Field, a bottle of water and bunch of fresh lavender.
