Join a gentle stroll looking at wild flowers along the famous White Cliffs of Dover, and the South Foreland Valley Nature Reserve.

DISTANCE: 5.5 miles (4.5 hours including lunch stop).

Have lunch at the Pines Garden tea rooms (please bring money for lunch) and then return via an inland path.
