Thinking about resolutions or intentions for the coming year? Reflecting on the year that has passed?
If you enjoy being in/with nature, finding new perspectives or exploring creative ways to connect your inner and outer world, then this might be a workshop for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT – reflection and creativity
Based at Langdon Garden, we will be both outdoors in and around the garden, and inside the beautiful Granary space.
We will spend time being still and resting – using nature-based mindfulness techniques to tune into where we are at in life right now.
We will gently move around the garden at your own pace and observe the natural world around us, taking inspiration from what we see. Using natural materials from the garden, we will create temporary artwork to explore the transitional themes of letting go, leaving behind and carrying forward.
You may share as much or as little as you like and there will be plenty of opportunity for individual reflection and journalling throughout the process.
Water, hot drinks and cake will also be provided for workshop participants.
