EGG ROLLING ON FOLKESTONE DOWNS

Join the traditional Easter egg rolling competition on Sugarloaf Hill on Folkestone Downs.

We will then go for a short walk before the grand egg rolling competition with prizes for the egg that rolls the furthest.

Then we go for a further short walk to learn a little about the wildlife of Folkestone Downs and enjoy the views over Folkestone.

MEET: Kissing gate, end of Holywell Avenue, off Canterbury Road (A260), Folkestone (TR 224 377).

DISTANCE: 1 mile (2 hours).

GRADE: 4 (steep hill).

Please bring your own decorated hard-boiled egg (see back page).   Prizes will be given for the best decorated egg.

Suggested donation of £2 per child (to cover materials and prizes).
