A chance to discover more about the damselflies and dragonflies that have colonised this addition to the Kent Coast. Suggested donation of £2 appreciated.

MEET: Site management office, Samphire Hoe (pay and display car park). The Hoe is sign posted off the A20 from Dover to Folkestone (TR 294 391). Dogs on leads.
1pm – DRAGON AND DAMSELFLY WORLD Look what it is like to see through a dragonflies’ eye and feel the crusty case of a nymph. DURATION: 1 hour.
2pm – LIVING DINOSAURS Go on a short walk to get up close and personal with the habitat of, and hopefully see, some dragonflies and damsel flies.
DISTANCE: 0.5 mile (1 hour). GRADE: 2
3pm – MAKE YOUR OWN DRAGONFLY Join in with the opportunity to make your own dragonfly to take home with you. DURATION: 30 mins.
