Bring out the Bear Grylls in yourself! Join a walk up onto High Meadow and Whinless Down stopping to forage for wild plants, flowers, and fruits. Afterwards prepare, cook, and share a simple lunch embellished with wild food. Bring a basket or bag for collecting.

DISTANCE: 1.5 – 2 miles (4.5 hours).
GRADE: 4 (More difficult walking with steep hills or likely to be muddy paths – we’ll take it slowly!).
