Sunday 5 August | 10am – 5.30pm
We celebrate one of Betteshanger’s defining features at our annual Wind Festival. Sit back and watch the pros from Kent Kite Flyers fill the sky with their colourful shapes and creations (11am – 5pm). Bring along the family and enjoy a sunny day of kite-flying. Make your own kite, sign up for a Kite Buggy Workshop and learn how the power of wind generates electricity from our friends at Vattenfall. How high can you go?
Entry to this event is free. Charges apply for individual activities. Spaces are limited on the Kite Buggy Workshop and we recommend booking in advance.
