Join Boots On Adventures for a circular walk from Chilham, through orchard, vineyards and Perry Wood.

We will start in the car park at the bottom of Taylor’s Hill and make our way to the Village Square. Passing Chilham Estate, we will make the way towards Perry Wood and following Byways to Shottenden. From there we will walk through orchards, vineyards, and fields back to Chilham.
**Optional** Once back in Chilham, we will stop at The Church Mouse Tea Rooms for some Cream Tea. The cost for this is not included in price of the walk. If you are interested in joining us, please let us know when booking on the walk (and any dietary requirements) so we can give them advance notice.
We will be meeting in Chilham Car Park Taylors Hill, Chilham, Canterbury CT4 8DB at 09:15 for a 09:30 am prompt start. ** Car parking charges are NOT included **
By train – Chilham station is on the Ashford-Canterbury West line between Chartham and Wye. The station is approx. 3/4 mile from the start point at Taylor’s Hill car park.
The walk will take approximately 4 hours (around 12 km), will include a lunch stop (not included) and will cost £3.50 per person.
Meeting time – 9:15am ready for a 09:30am prompt start.
Terrain – some steep sections Distance – approximately 12 km (7.5 miles)
Walking time – 4 hours walking (with lunch break in the middle)
Dogs are welcome as long as they are friendly and will go on a lead when required such as entering fields of livestock.
