You are invited to try your hand at volunteering at the Big Scrub Bash, where you will be clearing scrub (especially invading cotoneaster) from the nationally important chalk grassland of The Warren with baked potatoes on the bonfire.

Everyone is invited to try their hand at volunteering at the Big Scrub Bash, where you will be clearing scrub (especially invading cotoneaster) from the nationally important chalk grassland of The Warren with baked potatoes on the bonfire. You may even get a chance to meet the Highland cattle.
Saturday 19th December & Sunday 20th December
You are welcome to come along for a long or short a time as you wish. Please wear old clothes and suitable footwear for working on rough ground.

MEET: The entrance to the grazing area, road down to the Camping & Caravanning Club camp site, off Wear Bay Road, Folkestone (NB The meeting place will be signposted from the turn off from Wear Bay Road).
