Join us for a ground breaking children’s story by the bestselling author and rewilding pioneer Isabella Tree. ‘When We Went Wild’ is a captivating book about the benefits of letting nature take the lead, inspired by real-life rewilding projects. Weave your very own wild willow butterfly before setting off on a trail across the park. End up at our forest school where you will enjoy Isabella Tree’s much loved book while toasting a marshmallow on the campfire. Each experience is set to last 1.5 hours. Suitable for children aged between 2-11, all children wishing to take part will require tickets, accompanying adults do not require tickets. This event is taking place outdoors so please dress for the weather and wear suitable shoes. Due to the nature of this event we may not be able to accommodate any late arrivals so please allow yourself time to park up, parking charges will be in operation.
