Betteshanger Basecamp
Wednesday, June 1st – Cycling, Den Building and Obstacle Course
School holidays can be a challenging time, especially for working parents.
Betteshanger’s school holiday club, Betteshanger Basecamp, provides the perfect solution. Children can be dropped off at 10am and they are guaranteed an exhilarating, fun-filled day of activities around the Park. During the morning they will learn some awesome cycling skills and conquer the Mountain Bike tracks before moving on to exhilarating activities like archery, den building, geocaching, fossil hunting and orienteering in the afternoon.
The day finishes with team games. When they are collected at 4pm they will be tired, full of tales to tell and, most probably, muddy! Sessions are run by qualified instructors and are suitable for ages 8-14.
COST: Sessions cost £25 per day and bike hire, helmets and all activity equipment are included. Sessions will happen whatever the weather – appropriate dress is vital.
Basecamp bolt-ons:
Breakfast – children can join the breakfast club from 8.30am before joining the main club at 10am. £5 per child, cereal or toast and fruit is included.
Lunch – hot lunch can be provided for £5
Tea – children can join the tea club after the main holiday club finishes from 4pm-6pm. £5 per child, drink and snack included.
Betteshanger members benefit from 10% discount on Betteshanger Basecamp bookings.
