Explore Kent have teamed up with Kent based yoga teacher Samantha Stone to bring you some great stretching and strengthening exercises to help those muscles on your adventures outdoors.
March’s practice comes ready for Kayakers, canoeists, rowers – anyone who liked a paddle! We’ll help build arm and core strength to improve your stamina as well as work through some poses to loosen the tightness you may have accumulated in those shoulders.
So if you’ve been training out on the water, make the time to strengthen, lengthen and you’ll be amazed at the benefits it brings. We hope you enjoy ?
For the next year we’ll be bringing you one video a month focussing on different outdoor pursuits from cycling to rock-climbing. If you’ve never done yoga before, don’t worry, this is designed for beginners so just do what feels good – yoga practice takes time, so give yourself some!
