Explore Kent have teamed up with Kent based yoga teacher Samantha Stone to bring you some great stretching and strengthening exercises to help those muscles on those adventures outdoors. For the next year we’ll be bringing you one video a month focussing on different outdoor pursuits from cycling to rock-climbing. If you’ve never done yoga before, don’t worry, this is designed for beginners so just do what feels good – yoga practice takes time, so give yourself some!

January’s practice comes ready for runners! So if you’ve been pounding the pavements towards that new year’s resolution, make the time to strengthen, lengthen and you’ll be amazed at the benefits it brings!
