Cyclopark Event Aims to Get More Women on Two Wheels
26th September 2016
An exciting new event rolls into Gravesend Cyclopark on Sunday 9th October, geared towards getting more women cycling in Kent.
Women on Wheels is aimed at beginner and novice riders, with activities including sessions on the traffic-free road circuit, basic coaching and advice, yoga, bike maintenance and the opportunity to try other cycling disciplines including BMX and mountain biking.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to find out more about British Cycling’s Breeze, the biggest ever programme to get more women cycling for fun and fitness. There will be a number of guided Breeze rides taking place throughout the day, offering a great opportunity to meet other female cyclists in the area.
The event starts at 11:00 where attendees can register and choose which activities they would like to do throughout the day.
The event costs £20 per person, and attendees must sign up online ahead of the event at http://www.cyclopark.com
