The Warren, managed by Kent Wildlife Trust, is open woodland full of dappled light and wide pathways under the trees. Waymarked trails give visitors a variety of circular walks around the woodland. An all-weather path runs along the bottom edge of the reserve. All other routes have sections of steep inclines, steps and uneven surfaces. The woodland attracts off road cycling enthusiasts. However, following consultation with the community, cycling is now only permitted in specific areas of the woodland.
Easy access information
This park and open space contains uneven trails, un-surfaced or narrow pathways. Also, there are width restricting features, such as stiles and narrow gaps making it difficult for visitors with pushchairs and/or wheelchairs to access some parts of the site.
