Ecology Island

Hidden at the very heart of Dartford’s Central Park is Ecology Island, home to weekly wellbeing sessions run by the North West Kent Countryside Partnership in collaboration with North Kent Mind. This short film will open your eyes to the enormous positive impact of nature on mental health and wellbeing, while introducing you to the people who make this wonderful project possible.
