Join a gentle, social walk to slow down, breathe, and reconnect through time outdoors guided by Nikki from With Nature Forest School. Moving at an easy pace, explore Clowes Woods while noticing the small details in nature that support calm, presence, and wellbeing. The walk offers space for quiet reflection or relaxed conversation, helping to reduce stress, lift mood, and restore balance.

What to expect

Walks last around one hour, with the option to continue for longer if the group wishes. They are beginner friendly and follow non‑muddy woodland tracks. Group sizes are kept small to create a supportive, relaxed atmosphere, and you are welcome to email Nikki beforehand if it helps you feel more at ease.

Nikki is an East Kent Mind Wellbeing Ambassador and has completed Forestry England’s Feel Good in the Forest Champion training.

The walks runs on Thursdays during term term and are free to attend – parking is also free.
