Everyone is invited to come and try volunteering at the Big Scrub Bash, where we will be clearing scrub (especially invading Cotoneaster) from the nationally important chalk grassland of The Warren with baked potatoes on the bonfire.

LEADER: Jan MacNicol, White Cliffs Countryside Partnership (01304 241806 or 07880 706993).

MEET: The entrance to the grazing area, road down to the Camping & Caravanning Club camp site, off Wear Bay Road, Folkestone (TR 245 375) (NB The meeting place will be signposted from the turn off from Wear Bay Road).

You are welcome to come along for as long or short a time as you wish.

Please wear old clothes and suitable footwear for working on rough ground.
